We work with you to find a schedule that meets your needs. Flights are confirmed only, never standby travel. A contract is signed, deposit obtained, and you’ll make arrangements to have a veterinarian examine your pet and issue a health certificate within 10 days of travel.
On the day of travel, we meet you (or your contact) and your puppy or kitten at the ‘departure’ area of the airport approximately 2 hours prior to flight departure. Photos will be taken and sent to you!
Once through security, we will find a family restroom or other quiet area to give your puppy or kitten an opportunity to have a snack and a drink. They will be allowed out of the carrier in a secure, locked area ONLY (we carry a portable contained area if necessary) to utilize potty pads. We never let your pet’s paws touch an un-sanitized surface; we have strict bio-security protocols. We avoid other pets and people.
We will take this opportunity to take photos and/or video and send these to you!
Once on board the flight, you’ll receive another photo with an updated estimated arrival time.
We’ll meet you at the baggage claim area of the pickup airport. We’ll document you meeting your new arrival with video for your memories!
